Jim Fallon, Co-President
Mike Lachance, FSA, MAAA, Co-President
Jim Fallon and Mike Lachance are former Co-Presidents of CORE, Inc., a market leader in disability risk and claims management products and services. They were also two of the three founding Partners and Managing Directors of Disability RMS, a disability Managing General Underwriter. In their leadership positions, Jim and Mike developed a broad base of experience building the underwriting, claims, I/T, finance and absence management functions.
Jim has 20+ years of experience in life and disability insurance. Prior to CORE, Inc., he had both direct and reinsurance sales experience gained while working for UNUM and UNUM’s group reinsurance division, respectively.
Mike has 25+ years of life and disability experience with an emphasis in disability. Prior to CORE, Inc., he had direct and reinsurance actuarial experience in the individual and group product lines, gained while working for UNUM and UNUM’s group reinsurance division, respectively. Mike is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Rob Fast, Executive Vice President
Rob has 20+ years of experience in the employee benefits field with direct and reinsurance
market leaders. Previously Rob was an Executive Vice President of ClearPoint, a leading consulting and brokerage firm specializing in medical, life, and disability benefit plan strategy
and program management. Rob was also President of Duncanson & Holt Services, Inc., a disability managing general underwriter. Rob began his career as a Sales Executive with
UNUM direct and later with Unum's reinsurance division.
